Each Challenge is focused on 4 key areas: nutrition, hydration, exercise and supplementation with achievable targets each week to help you reach your goal. You simply track your actions in each of these areas on the App and earn badges along the way. Once you complete your 90-day program, you can enter the Contest to become a BRAVE Challenge Semi-Finalist, Finalist or Champion and win $50-$5000 in prizes!
