Like the BHD app this is one of the worst apps in DR. The app doesn't let you choose to cancel the order if they don't find the products which it usually happens. The app doesn't let you add items either after you're done & they're "recollecting". Their help center DOESN'T WORK they NEVER answer. The app says your order will be at one time & it gets to you at another time. It's just the worst! RUN FROM IT!

Whoever is in charge of this app needs to update the map! Their system map is sending the deliveries to a different place all the time. That's a big issue because the deliveries do not want to do the delivery and cancel the orders do your map system not update it🤦🏻

The worse place to do your groceries, Not only the map is worse you don't see in real time when the delivery is at. Also, their claiming department is the worst if you don't receive an order, or it got damaged you don't get your money back, when you go to customer service they will ask you for stupid proof that nobody will have. Good place to buy in person 👍
