Bread Rescue: Sourdough Timer

Sourdough, right on time.

Bread Rescue plans your bake around your kitchen and your day, then nudges you at every step, so you can stop doing the math and start baking.

NAME YOUR STARTER
Give her a name. Track feeds, days and how long she takes to peak in your kitchen. Get a reminder when she's hungry and when she's ready.

TELL IT WHEN YOU WANT BREAD
Pick a day and a time. Bread Rescue works backwards from it: feed, mix, folds, shape, cold proof, preheat, bake. Every step is timed to your kitchen temperature and kept out of your quiet hours.

A NUDGE FOR EVERY STEP
Reminders for each fold, the bulk check, shaping, preheating and lid-off. Tap Done right from the notification.

EVERY LOAF, NUMBERED
Snap your loaf and get a Loaf No. card with your starter's name, the date and, if you like, your recipe line. Save it or share it to your story.

ONE CHANGE FOR NEXT TIME
Snap the cut face and get one private change for your next bake, based on your own last loaves. Only you see it.

ALSO
- Grams or cups, °F or °C
- Baker's math: hydration, starter and salt percentages
- Starter milestones on day 30, 50, 100 and her birthday
- No account needed

BREAD RESCUE PRO
Your first bake is free from start to finish, reminders included. Pro adds step reminders and kitchen-tuned timing for every bake, notes for next time and your season recap. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you subscribe.

Notes for next time send the photo you choose through OpenRouter to a Google Gemini model only when you ask. Photos are deleted after analysis. AI suggestions can be wrong and are not food-safety advice.
