★★★★★ Great service. Just switched phones and I had forgotten my password and the teller at the bank was very helpful and got me back on the app in a few minutes

★★★★★ Easy to use app that allows me to not only check my balance and mobile deposit, but also displays my loans and the due dates for payments.

★★★★★ Easy to navigate and makes banking easier when you can't get to the bank.

★★☆☆☆ I had given it 4 stars. But a few months ago it stopped working because of a needed update. Clicked the link. Nothing -just spinning. Every time for months now the update doesn't update, and old version won't work without the update.

★★☆☆☆ The app does not allow external sources for paying for loans. Makes it difficult for an easy transaction.

★★☆☆☆ Check Deposit Issues, The app is saying the amount I enter for the check is not accurate and won't start the process for a human to even verify somewhere. Mtefcu no longer has any shared credit union branches and I have to mail my check. Which will be 3–5 days and then wait some magical amount of time for the funds to be released which is based on whatever the teller decides, not the amount. Disappointed in the app and credit union.
