I feel like this is a great app for example when you're feeling tired or just stressed this is the best app I love to use it when I come back from the gym it's a huge change of atmosphere at the gym it's loud and there's a lot of people but when you come back and just sit down for 10 minutes just listen to this every drop of tiredness just fades away
