★★★★★ Always beautiful wraps and friendly staff, what more can you ask for

★★☆☆☆ Who do you want permission for location, when you don't apparently not using it in the app? I still have to scan QR code in canteen. Also, password complexity is unnecessary difficult which results in undermining the security of the app. I will not remember it and have to write it down.

★★☆☆☆ After 1 month without a hitch, I placed an order by mistake. Impossible to cancel it and the app crash when I try to contact support... Very disappointed!

★★☆☆☆ There is (according to the tutorial and blurb) supposed to be a Scan & Go option where you can scan items, pay for them with the app, and walk out. Only there is no actual functionality within the app to do this, so you still have to queue for ages, making it useless. Support also never respond despite claims of "responses within 1 hour".

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded the app, attempted to open on Xperia xz3. Got an error message telling me my phone is rooted, and the app will close in 5 seconds... My phone isn't rooted.
