Worked until the March 2020 "update". Now I can't even download the update, let alone use the app!!! What? How am I supposed to pay my electric, especially now the local office is closed due to the norovirus???

I keep getting "communication failure with server please try again" and I don't want to be late on my bill because I don't get off till 4:30 and the closest blue ridge electric co-op is in Westminster South Carolina and I work all the way up in Clemson
