I keep getting "communication failure with server please try again" and I don't want to be late on my bill because I don't get off till 4:30 and the closest blue ridge electric co-op is in Westminster South Carolina and I work all the way up in Clemson

Needs to be compatible with more devices! Compatible with my Nextbook and old Droid 4, but not compatible with my Samsung S3 or S4! Needs to be compatible with more devices.

Worked until the March 2020 "update". Now I can't even download the update, let alone use the app!!! What? How am I supposed to pay my electric, especially now the local office is closed due to the norovirus???
