The app itself works fine. The city however does not do anything about the reports from the app. By the time they investigate it is weeks after the complaint any the vehicle had finally moved. When you have 72 hours to move a car, the follow-up to the complaints should be within a day or so... especially when you have received many complaints of the same thing about the same location for years. This sort of renders the app not useful.
