Worst booking app ever, I booked a room for 3 hours and when arrived at the place, the hotel said couples aren't allowed, whereas it was clearly mentioned in the rules and policies "couple friendly" and when I was denied at the check in, and called the customer care, they simply refused for a refund, said refunds aren't possible, and we can't shift your booking elsewhere either, no solution was given from the customer care, would rate the in negative if I could

It's a waste of money I would not recommend this app... I have booked an AC room in Navi Mumbai when we reached the hotel they said no AC room is available. He said cancel it from this app and book offline .but due to cancellation policy which .we have to cancel 24 hrs before we couldn't do that then we have to adjust in NON AC also the hotel management told us if you are booking from brevity then we can't guarantee you that you will get the same room .it's pathetic belief me.
