Very bad. Not completed my house construction on time. Still pending. No responsibility by company to solve the issue. Contractor act independently and violating agreement norms. Contractor started their own projects blaming company not paying them.

CRN145310 site engineer and office team fully supported, but they have limited access due to which contractor taking upper hand and my house construction two years completed still till today no doors fixed no plumbing items nor any electric work it is yet to be started only god knows when they will hand over my house and also beware of hidden charges before considering this bnb

Brick and Bolt is a commission agent company, their employees are amateur with no technical and professional knowledge. They hire cheap contactors to do work who ultimately screwed everything up. They under quote just to grab the deal and takes booking amount after that they made half-baked contract scope of work. They don't follow the signed contract T&C as well. They take contractor side during poor execution. I highly recommend to stay miles away from this unprofessional company.

Points to be noted 1. <1500 sq ft buildup area construction need pay 12% extra on project cost. 2. structural warranty will be provided 1% only ex: 1cr building company pay 1 lakh only if found any structural issue rest owner pay. 3. Equation value change to higher value during structural plan. 4. company won't supply material @said rate. Contractor what ever quote need to pay or if procure outside need to 10% commission on procure amount. 5. Ramp to enter won't be part of package value etc......
