This game it's buggy when it comes to touch and build

This game is so hard to control, every time I touch a joint to try to create a piece either the screen just scrolls or I drag what I've built already out of shape. It's INFURIATING. I've managed the first four levels, but I'm quitting while I'm ahead, I have not got the patience for this game.
