App is rubbish. can't even update a credit card payment method. Call center isn't much better. They want you to give them your full card details and want to pause call recordings while they do it very dodgy. Manilla based. Don't understand the legislation they need to abide by for aus customers and its aus state governments pushing you to use them for their energy schemes

Just another app taking up space on my phone, I would rather have access through my desk top computer, seeing as I only browse my account occasionally, please set up something for computers or send me a monthly paper statement
