Still working well on Android 10, LG V40, the built-in auto dimmer is terrible. Always off and makes it difficult to use the phone if it's too dark is bright where you are. Looks like this widget is right on the spot - solved the problem

Untrustworthy, amateur developer When I use completely unrelated music player apps, Brightness Switcher starts running in the background, for no reason, every time I change tracks on a music player. Typical garbage from irresponsible / amateur developers.

Can't resize widget. It's nice to be able to customize the levels, but it's bad that you have to click the widget multiple times to get it to the level you want. It needs a mode that pops up a quick level chooser, it needs a slider bar, and it needs a toggle for auto mode.

Can't change levels. Can't remove all levels. So you have to set it up perfectly, mess up there is no way to reorder the settings. Does not match system brightness setting on android 9, It's way off. Basically unusable, seems like a beta version.

10% actually sets it to 9%, 25% sets it to 24%, 50% sets it to 49%. Disappointed, 1 star.
