I've just installed the BRING BACK AUSTRALIA app. I've tested it at home, on my pantry items, and the app is fast, the barcode scanner works well (even at strange angles). The app relies on a good 'online signal'. My local supermarket has almost no 4G signal, so I haven't tested the app fully 'in the field'. Hopeful.

Works well, has a large range of products. Makes it really easy to just scan while at the shops, please keep adding more brands!

A great idea. See the country of origin and ownership of brands and products quickly and easily, while you're doing your shopping. I look forward to seeing how the app develops.

Absolutely brilliant idea, and most products I check have been in the database. I have been surprised, both positively and negatively, at the ownership of some common brands. As the database for this app grows, it will only get better and better. Two thumbs up 👍👍

Great love the idea and cannot wait to use it, BUT I cannot get pass the sign-up page... entered all the correct details and then nothing, no email to confirm signup nothing to click on working past the sign-up page... hope it's only a glitch! That can be fixed

Only retrieves information in about 1 in every 20 products ive scanned. Its practically useless until it is able to identify more products. Or at LEAST put a crowdsourcing of information tool in the app, so when it doesn't know, users can submit the correct information (maybe with a photo of the product origin part of the product label too?)

Will not allow me to sign in saying my email or password is invalid even after resetting my password

Loved the app when it first came out, I'm a big proponent of buying Australian, but unfortunately it appears that it either no longer works, or hasn't been updated in quite a long time. It won't let me log into my account, nor will it load products I scan. Which is a shame, because we definitely all need to be buying Australian as often as we can.
