App works great just wish the dispatcher app was able to be downloaded on my s23, but it's not available for it

If you have to pick up from more than 1 location e.g. KFC and Pizza Hut. Upon arriving at phut if the order isn't ready drivers can go and do the KFC order and come back for the phut order. But the app auto recognizes that the driver is at phut and picks up the order as soon as the driver leaves the location. Customers receive notification that their order is with the driver and how far the driver is. Please modify the complete pickup to manual so that drivers actually have it instead.

The app has stopped automatically assigning orders even though auto assign is on. Just started this behavior a week ago. Any suggestions beyond turning auto assign off and back on as well as restarting the laptop?

Horrible update you guys are changing things that don't need to be changed we now have to do like 5 clicks just to look up a member # plus all the notes on the call are just bunched up in a paragraph have to read to just find what car I'm towing

Does not work half of the time with Auto Assign. Can't get to deliveries that are assigned without "Rejecting or Accepting" a new order. It won't even allow logging out. I have uninstalled/installed 4 times and even rebooted my phone. I Hate this app. I get false notices when I am off the clock saying that "orders have been assigned" and it's 3a in the morning. My store isn't even open.
