I love that I can set it and leave it for weeks at a time. I do wish that they had a video editing program to make b things easier. Like in my garage at night I don't need to see 8 hours of blackness. I tried to set it up not to video at night. No Joy! So my phone just updated, and now the app isn't working. Are you going to update the system to work with SAMSUNG GALAXY 10 update?

Read all the guidelines carefully, so you can use the device properly. If you get any problem, e.g., the app can't detect the device, simply go to their web to find out the solutions. I found out that I need to do camera and Wi-Fi firmware upgrade before able to use my device again. I found them in the download tab of Brinno website.

Not Happy with this camera. Worked for about 3 months then stopped working. I just updated my smartphone, and now it tells me app is outdated check for updates. Last update was in 2018. WTH?

Not easy to use. App and device barely ever work. "Makes time-lapse easy" should NOT be advertised, because that's false, its most definitely not easy. Files get lost, icons don't respond, constant communication errors, connections lost, etc. I've wasted so much time, and lost so much work using this device and trying to troubleshoot the endless problems. I regret purchasing making this purchase. Do yourself a favor: do NOT buy this camera. I'm sure you could find way better for less money.

Rarely works easily. Needs updates constantly. Spend more time figuring and troubleshooting than actual use of camera purpose. Please, you did such a good job with concept, design and hardware. Just need to refine the interface.

DO NOT buy cameras from Brinno, their apps do not work in most cases as you can see by the reviews Device is paired with Bluetooth but is stuck on connecting, so there's no way to use the camera
