Hi, British Council English Score team! Overall, the app is very great, and I really like the accessibility and quality of the test. One thing I am curious about is the algorithm behind the scoring system. I have recently taken the Core Skills test and gotten 599 (grammar: 599; reading: 598; vocabulary 576; listening: 599). How could there be 1 point drop in my reading score? Interestingly, my overall score was a perfect 599 despite the relatively lower vocabulary score!

No, I didn't appreciate that.First of all, you need to give clear instructions what to expect - room scanning, timer which covers not one, but all following questions, etc. Secondly, some of the questions are really vague and 2 options fit correctly. And lastly, the price for a digital certificate is outrageous. Feel like wasted time because 900 baht was never mentioned before the test. To compare, tandem app gives much more affordable opportunity.to reach C2, do you really expect no mistakes?

You pay to get your certificate before you're informed your test is rejected. Why not reject the test before the user pays. My test, taken twice was rejected twice. And any means of contacting you is clearly not on the app. It is a frustrating experience.

The payment gateway doesn't work properly on in-app payment, so we have to pay on other phone. Please fix. I had pay twice for 1 certificate
