Very worst app, there service centers not follow proper protocols and not having experience technicians. They don't have proper addresses for service centers. After service if any mistake then they don't lift the calls. And most important customer support is not there.

Scam app, after you book a repair, they will take the part (in my case bike), ask for exorbitant amount to return the bike, and then move the scheduled date on their app to a random future date (!!). You can keep asking them for invoice, warranty, originality of parts used or at least to tell what was repaired. They will have no answer, and they will come back in the most Gunda tone (at least their manager is) in his roadside statements meaning "get lost". So, avoid the scammers.
