They don't want to refund my P850 I already said the reason that my 4yrs old son accidentally purchase that without my permission, but they refuse to refund, that 850 pesos was so important to us to buy foods etc. I hope u can refund it.

I have the same sentiment about this unwanted purchase made by my son. The most frustrating part is that the Google play won't hold accountable to the refund instead advised you to contact directly the developer...like what the hell!!!! I've sent an email already to the tech support, and hopefully they will take a positive response to it.

My 3 years old daughter downloaded this app, and I don't even know about this app. Maybe she thought it just a normal game. But you need to purchase it. I was surprised in the morning that it's automatically deducted to my account. I request for a refund and cancel the subscription because my daughter is not aware about this app. I still don't get any refund from their company.
