Ordering loose-leaf tea on the app was a challenge because it kept telling me to choose a "size" when there isn't one for loose-leaf. Finally, found the "loose-leaf" option, but it won't let me add to order unless I choose a sweetener. Honestly there should be a section for ordering loose-leaf tea only rather than it being mixed in with the everyday drink orders.
