I have the BRSK 150 plan, everything was installed before Christmas and I have had a good 3mths of initial credit after leaving Virgin. I was with them for 27yrs, but unfortunately it was time to shop around for a more competitive price and BRSK has that at 20 quid pm starting in February. Great Wi-Fi and good easy to navigate portal. I also like to check out businesses on Companies House etc. these days to check status... Good company 😊

Got the best package, half my devices wouldn't connect, those that did experience drop-outs, speed was like 200 Mbps (paying for 2gig) then Ethernet connection dropped, then speed went to 70-80 meg, totally unreliable, cancelled and went back to Virgin, what an absolute pain it all was! Also, had to pay an extra fiver a month for a static ip, what's that all about, and spent hours tweaking the router settings, bloody nightmare.

Trash company trash custom service we been moving to a new house, tell them a week before about that, and they didn't come to install my network is being one week and a half we try to call them every day. And they said we cannot find your new address... and they always shut down the call when we ask question also they said to us to wait for a call back in maximum 1h they didn't ring back!!!!! Trash trash avoid!

Doesn't work for me. The app tells me that I am connected to the Wi-Fi but not to the internet when my connection appears to be working fine.

I expected more from the app, it doesn't even say if your speeds are what they should be. BRSK is very disappointing at the moment, constant fall-outs and a weak signal, it's not what I am paying for.
