Great tool, I hope that we'll see it at next editions too. Meet&greet and Top-up via app would be some great improvements tho, as other people said as well. A movie theater running order and time would be nice as well. Also, a menu of drinks&foods available into the festival. And, an important thing, it would be nice to add the merch of the bands and also the list of "3rd party" merchants to check their catalogs.

The app worked very well for me. Especially in offline mode (disabled data internet to save battery), it worked smoothly without asking for Internet access. Improvement idea: Option to disable Meet&Greet in all timelines. It really makes planning harder. :(

Giving a negative review just because the cashless refund system did not work at all, was badly implemented overall, and now the refunds have been closed and the English version is not giving correct information at all. Translating the Czech language version that works better, I learned that the refunds are now closed and that my multiple requests in fact did not go through at all. There is no help how to proceed. It is simply unacceptable to handle customer money carelessly like this.
