Receiving data directly from the CAD, Bryx Mobile sends alerts to mobile devices, providing priority information about the scene along with routing and navigation tools. The app boasts industry-leading speed, content, and ease of use, and is completely free for first responders serving communities around the world. Bryx Mobile is packed with features that empower you and your team, before and at the scene. -View hydrants around the job, color-coded for flow rate and condition. -Quickly view job information for prior calls to the same address. -Attach site survey data to include entry access and hazardous materials information. -Enhance team communication through real-time messaging and live location updates for users. -View the exact job location within your district and a highlighted route from your station to the scene. -Enable dispatching by agency or unit and view supplemental updates from CAD in real time - all without creating any extra work for dispatchers. -Configure internet dispatch radio streams and play them directly from Bryx Mobile. Some hardware required. -Bryx Mobile’s first-in-class engineering is backed by dedicated, round-the-clock support from the same engineers who built the system. This app is only intended to be used by first responders, and your station chief must add users to the approved access list. Note: This app may use background audio streaming. Continued use of audio streaming running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

As with all beta testers, you don't pay one dime for our service in exchange for your field-testing. In addition, your department has 130 free accounts of which we have had zero report of the numbers you mention. If you have trouble operating the app, there is in app support you can contact, and we'll be glad to assist. I suspect most of the trouble you experience are connectivity issues in the truck bays. The app is great and recent UI changes have drastically improved the aesthetic on Android. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is that sometimes the call information lags by a full minute before showing up on the phone (every second counts in emergencies) and they seem to not properly handle character encoding as I will see things like "amp;" instead of "&" for some calls.

With the new mapping feature to just click the address to navigate is awesome, only thing I wish I could do is have filters or folders for the job types/which ones I see at a time.

Great app but when will Android Users be able to pick which company you want alerts from? IPhone users can pick right on their app. Droid has to do it through the website. It's annoying

Will update the rating if the issue gets fixed but today, I noticed none of the units dispatched are displayed on the incidents. Also, I no longer see which medics are dispatched to runs in the historical tab.

Why is the apple version more user-friendly? Apple users can pick specific units that will alert. Android cannot. 1 Star until Android users get the same user-friendly options as the apple version

Disappointed Worked great at first. Great concept, great user interface, great tool! After a week it got stuck. Won't log in, won't reset password, won't do anything. Tried rebooting the phone, no luck. Clear cache, no luck. Clear data, nothing. Reinstall BRX, still stuck. Too bad my shift is starting and BRX is bricked. Please make it work! It's a good tool when it works.

Slow and unreliable After latest update the app constantly searches for location and only 1 in 6 calls even shows up. I've emailed support about the issues and have had no response.
