If you are based in Portsmouth or around try to avoid the instructor named David Atkins, i had 5 classes(10hrs)with him.I have a 1yr driving experience in uk I drove on international DL, I had a gap of six months, so I taught to take classes.in the 1st sessions he was fine and from the nxt sessions he has taken me 20 miles away for teaching parking lessons.I told him there plenty of car parks in Portsmouth from 3 class he used to be in frustrated all the time & used to take naps while I'm driving.

This app and company have been awful for me. I won't go into detail about my less than professional instructor, and keep this review based solely on the app only. As someone who works mon-fri 9-5, having a live chat option open only during this time is ridiculous. I tried the email feature and have had no response. I cannot book any lessons and when I tried to book lessons under a new instructor, I'm told I need to "request a new instructor". Just overall not happy with my experience with bsm.

I paid for a 2hours driving lesson it was cancelled by the instructor, tried to rebook but was unsuccessful, contacted the no on the site, sent emails requesting for a refund for weeks yet nothing. I can't book lesson yet cannot get my money back Bad customer care
