BT Virus Protect

★★★★★ Once you get it up and running it is great. There's the rub, once you get it up and running. We bought a new tablet and a new laptop. It has taken 7 days to get them up and running. So don't give up, it's worth the wait. It is only because of the delay and hours on the phone to bt that I have only given 4 stars.

★★★★★ Does as what one would expect from Norton Security app, but free when getting via my BT Fiber Optic Broadband package. Although a different app icon, it's still 100% Norton Security doing the protecting which I've used for years & will continue to do so as it's a very good mobile security app, which I highly recommend. Never had any issues, easy to install, very good user interface so easy to navigate. Also has SMS scanning which is handy these days with all the scam texts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★★☆☆☆ I have this on all my tech and for some reason it just doesn't want to work on any phone now. I just get server error all the time. 4 phones all the same message

★★☆☆☆ I updated BT V app & was asked to use a password. I supplied one Now I can't get into my mobile using my usual pass NUMBERS & I have to use the long password that I thought was just for the BT virus protect. Very aggravating!

★★☆☆☆ I downloaded the app a week ago. Still can't get it to load, due to an error that you are working on. Any ideas when you will have it fixed?
