I have noticed that, if we go through this app to public eye option to raise a complaint, it will not ask the incident location, but complaint will be updated success and complaint status is rejected due to no location updated. Pls fix the issue.

Useless app. Violations reported are rejected without giving any reason even after capturing a clear number plate and the violation. And some violations reported are not reviewed even after more than 4 months.

Not a great app, lots of bugs & missing features. 1. pls add an option to upload videos as well, not all traffic violations can be captured with just photos. You need video evidence for most of the cases. 2. Give the option to upload photos from the gallery as well without forcing us to use Google photos. 3. Pls expand your backend team size or have an AI based reviewing system to ensure the violations reported as reviewed on time & notice sent to the vehicle owners.

Latest: app has stopped accepting violations reporting. I'm wasting my time and effort clicking photos with metadata. Violations submitted not validated from 2 months. In the era of digital India we are still slow and inefficient as ever. Video proof submission is not possible. Defective number plate violations are always rejected as only one photo can be shared per report. Vehicles with tint can't be reported.
