For any Subaru tuned with Open Source, this is the perfect complimentary App for monitoring and logging your parameters without the need to lug around a laptop or even an Access Port. Paired with the Tactrix Open Port 2.0 and USB OTG, CAN Bus can display customizable gauges and parameters in real time.

For Subaru enthusiasts this is the ONLY android app to see ECU data. The popular Torque app only shows generic ODB-II data, which for performance applications is useless. This can access any memory location in the entire ECU at high speed, which allows you to see actual data relevant to engine health and performance. The built-in log viewer is also fantastic; I don’t even turn Rom raider on anymore because It’s quicker to review data on the tablet that dump logs into a viewing program. Thus, the tuning laptop can be dedicated to ECU Flash and software related to other piggyback modules. Only thing that would make this better would be support for more USB I/O devices, but as far as the ECU itself this is almost perfect.

Awesome, couldn't be better, perfect... got the idea? This app can do everything imaginable aside from ref lashing your ECU. It's perfect for data logging without a laptop. Support and customer service are second to none! If you consider yourself a "Subaru enthusiast" there's no question that you need this app. If you're into open source tuning, use this app and a Tactrix Open Port 2.0 (or a vag-com cable). Not once have I regretted choosing this app instead of spending $400+ on a Cobb Access Port. Even if you don't want to tune your car BtSsm is a no-brainer.
★★☆☆☆
Doesn't work with OBDlink LX on an Outback 2005. This program is wordless.

Given: Forester 2003 Selected: OP2.0 or KKL, usb+otg, K-line (up to 2014) . 2003 is before 2014, right? App says "Unsupported ECU found ID=.........." Windows program Free SSM works fine, which means that the cable is not the issue here. It seems that "up to 2014" should be changed to smth like "2007-2014" or like that
