You know I played bubble bird 2019 since it came out, I waited for y'all to put new levels in, I never had a problem with it. It was just the bubble bird 2 that I had problems with, now on the 2019 game I can't get my weekly bonus that I paid 1.99 for, I loved the game, now y'all have ruined it for me a loyal customer for long time and I never heard anything back from y'all or my refund for the bb2 game. So you lost a loyal cust
