★★★★★ I like the overall idea of this app, I was at least able to communicate not too directly though with my idol. It's just that, the limit of characters to send is too little you can't really send a decent message to you idol.

★★★★★ A fun way to see exclusive content from your favorites, including lives. A little frustrating we can't screenshot a still image from Lives & auto translate would be so useful especially when you wake up to 50+ messages only to find out they're talking about tangerines or locusts again & you just spent ages trying to click the translate icon to read about locusts.

★★★★★ Love this app and the feeling like I'm talking to my FAVE idols. If I had any complaints it's the translation feature. Sometimes it doesn't translate, or the translation doesn't make sense, which could be the just be a language barrier thing. Still a fun app and love it!

★★★★★ Bubble with stars is good but why there is no download button for video live stream. Sometimes we are busy and not able to watch and might need download and watch when we are free but the replay function only last 24hrs which is abit too short. Please kindly assist with download function, so we are able to keep the video. We already paid for subscription, and yet we cannot download video which is abit unfair.

★★☆☆☆ The bubble live is unreplayable!!!! And I've missed my subscribed artist messages numerous times until today including live call!!!! Even though I've turned on notification reminder!!!! What's wrong with you??!! Give my money back if you're not doing your job!!!!
