Overall a great app and useful for day to day updates regarding daycare. Little one loves the Bubbles games, and I enjoy them being low stimulation and learning based. Would give 5 stars but after the new update the app logs you out every time, which is inconvenient

This app is very broken. Constantly crashes on my brand new s25 ultra and pixel 8. Looking at the child's daily updates crashes it. Looking at the photos crashes it. Opening the app to use the door access key crashes it. Opening it and leaving running in the background crashes it. With how much we pay for daycare I expect a franchise business to have a working app, especially since you make it mandatory to access the facility and get daily updates.

3/5/26: No child updates for 4 hours and chats don't work. 5/6/25: App won't open. Security Alert Root detected. For your security, the app will now exit. 9/18/24: push notifications arriving. 9/17/24: broken again. SNT option missing. 8/21/24: The broken update was pointed to a test environment!! NEXT, can we talk about the ads?! We already pay out the nose for tuition. I don't want to be solicited more products when my goal is to log in to see updates on my child. No push notifications.

"Root Detected, app will now close". My phone isn't rooted. Now I can't access the building to pick up/drop off my kid, I have to wait until a staff member opens the door. Terrible app, terrible system.
