**Review for Buddy App** I am extremely disappointed with the Buddy App's customer service and refund policy. Despite their stated policy of processing refunds within 2-7 working days, it has now been 10 days since I requested a refund, and I have yet to receive it. Moreover, the lack of professionalism in their customer service is unacceptable. I have reached out multiple times for feedback and updates on my refund status, but I have received no response.

Lame. Just doesn't work more than half the time. Doesn't do anything special at all. Just the same 'pay merchant x or buy airtime or get takeout' that about a dozen other apps do, just extra stupid gimmicks like scratch n win. Premium sub? Lol, for WHAT? How about someone does something like Venmo, so I can send money to someone inapp who can then immediately receive and use said inapp credit to purchase something they want through the same app? This concept is too hard for Namibians to grasp.

Terrible app. Lots of bugs. Communication was easily established. But solutions were ridiculous. I was in Swakopmund and was able to order from a restaurant in Wallis bay. I got 85 smiles in compensation and had to pay my own 230rand taxi from the restaurant from Wallis bay to Swakopmund. When you order deals from restaurants. They let you over order. The will phone you up saying you ordered two side instead of one despite settling the basket bill.
