I hate to admit it, but this app does actually speed things up when I pick up in ft Collins. The only downside is I can't get rid of finished loads I have loads showing up as in progress and other status, but you can't delete them I have a load that dates back to when this app was first introduced. So developers if you read this can you please give us a delete option no matter the status

All information like your truck number and pick up number is easy to enter, however the app is completely useless. After entering all the information and scanning the QR code at the kiosk, it makes you enter all the information again. Everything. Your name, truck number, pick up number, etc. So the app does not save time, it makes the process take twice as long because you enter all the information twice. Better not to use the app at all and use only the kiosk.

Rarely works, always having to reset my password. Now it's not even letting me log on.

Can't create login. Unknown error. Just figured it out. Have to use lowercase letters for name and email. Instead of Steve, I had to put steve. Hope this helps
