Charged me the $500 for the JB Hifi gift card but at checkout came up "declined". No gift card. Zero support within the app, you can send and email or call budget direct insurance main #... which is closed on a Sunday! So, no dedicated rewards support.

Old password doesn't work on new version of app. Forget password link sends and email that takes you to the login page not the reset password page. So there's no way to login.
