Important tool, please improve it! Tried to submit a parking violation report, and it fought me almost every step of the way. Wouldn't accept my name in first name [space] last name format, even though that what the error message demanded. Then it wouldn't accept my email address or my phone number. Removing hyphens from the phone number helped, and submitting my name with the first name capitalized and the last name in all lower case seemed to work. Which makes me think that the app will reject all Asian names which come in 3 parts, not "first name last name." Then, when I finally got it to accept my contact info, I got (twice!) an error message saying my image could not be uploaded. Please fix it! This is a worthwhile service, and I'm glad that the City is making an effort.

Reports are listed oldest to newest in "My Reports", and once a few reports are listed, the app crawls to a halt. With many reports, it's nearly impossible to see latest report status. If it was simply sorted by newest first, this wouldn't be an issue. Why would anyone want to see oldest first, rather than newest/open reports?
