Buffer

Break the cycle of impulsive app-switching with Buffer.

Buffer is a digital wellness tool designed to help you regain control over your attention. It acts as an intentional pause—a brief moment of friction that allows you to decide if you truly want to proceed or if you're just acting on habit.

How It Works:

Choose Your Delay: Select a pause length from 5 to 60 seconds.

Practice Presence: Watch the breathing countdown and follow the heartbeat-style vibration as the "void" palette calms your focus.

Decide: Once the countdown is finished, receive a notification. You can then proceed to your intended app or exit back to reality.

Key Features:

Minimalist Design: A dark, distraction-free "void" aesthetic with indigo and violet accents.

Smart Countdown: The timer pauses if the app moves to the background, ensuring you stay present for the full duration.

Tactile Experience: Uses haptics and rhythmic vibrations to guide your breathing during the pause.

Privacy-First: No accounts, no cloud, and no tracking. Your session logs stay local on your device.

Regain your focus, one pause at a time.
