After updating to the latest version 1.60.0 you need to clear the Cache and Data under Storage of the app. Then to login again get the app to email you a link, press on the link, and it will log you in again to the Bulb app.

Update doesn't work. Told to update app. The last years with Bulb have been terrible. My smart meter doesn't work and now, so I've had to submit readings through the app. And now that doesn't work. I hope Octopus is better. The

Can't open the app. Even though I've updated it, I'm still getting told I need to. I'm guessing you're porting everything over to Octopus, but you could at least brick the app and tell everyone.
