App doesn't apply promo codes, Bitters location doesn't accept in-store redemption of promo codes. What good is it then to get or use this app???

Cannot place an order as adding a payment method is broken. Any time I try to go to add a payment method I get a pop-up saying "credit card validation error" and am taken back to the previous screen. This is before I am even able to enter any credit card information. It pops up as soon as the cc entry screen is opened.
