I ordered thrice using Burger King app, and they canceled my order because there were no delivery partners. They never have delivery partners available. After 2 hours when I didn't receive my burger, I checked the status, and it was showing as Preparing. I called the Jana Cinema Burger King, and they said the order was canceled. No email or text received! No information conveyed and my order was canceled an hour ago. It's been more than a year and I have not received refund for any of my orders.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order (#2022) worth ₹414.09 on 2 August. The order was accepted and showed “Preparing,” and at around 10:26 PM it even showed “Out for Delivery.” After waiting, I found out that the order had been cancelled at the last moment. The worst part is that it has now been 12 days, and I still haven't received my refund or any proper response from the Burger King support team, despite contacting them. I also tried calling the restaurant, but no response
