The app is kinda glitchy (example address glitch, order placing on hold when unavailable glitch what's the point of order placed?) but it's kinda cheaper than a food panda, so it's worth it.

This doe snot evev deserve 1 star. If there were negative then I want to give this -10 stars. I ordered at 7:05 pm and got my order at 10:30 pm. I called many times for complaint and was told that there is technical issues. From gulberg branch of burger lab, my house was only 10 km away. Worst experience ever. Ordered first and last time

I tried Burger Lab for the second time, hoping for a better experience after my first order. Unfortunately, it was disappointing again. The first time the burger tasted fine but arrived completely cold. This time, despite clearly mentioning on the call and in the remarks to send it fresh and hot, I still received a cold, burnt, and stale burger. Extremely disheartened. Worst experience ever. This was my first order, and it will definitely be my last. 1. The beef patties had small pebbles in them. I felt it in the very first bite, tried to ignore it, but it happened again in the second bite. My tooth is still hurting because of this. 2. The burgers were completely cold since the order arrived after almost 2 hours. 3. The rider was polite, but the delivery was extremely late. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
