PLEASE add more levels. This game is the only thing that calms me down and stops my thoughts racing. So fun!! There's a malfunction in the final level though, no customers came to the pick-up counter. Please add more levels!

Good game but waay too many ads popping up each 100 seconds or so. The most effective way to control the ads is to turn off every source of data and Wi-Fi on the phone. I like that we get to control the whole hotel and overall game is good to play for all ages.

It would be more fun to play if there weren't so many ads. It's ridiculous to have one pop up every 8 seconds and can't skip it. So unfortunately I'll be deleting it.

I spent $10 to purchase the ad-free version of the game, which was supposed to include 10k in-game currency and an extra worker. However, I didn't receive any of these items, and I am still seeing ads. Additionally, the ads frequently freeze; there is no option to close or exit them even after waiting a full minute. I am forced to force-close the app and restart it just to continue. Please fix this issue and credit my account, or issue a full refund.

It was a good app until it came to I kept trying to delete it, but it wouldn't get off of my device as I had to delete it twice for my Google Drive, and I kept trying to delete it off of normal like off my device and I kept appearing back kept trying to delete it from the app store, and I still couldn't do it, and I kept trying to delete it, so I decided to do it off of the vehicle drive and it works
