Delicious food and quick service. They forgot my daughter's reg fries with online order but the rosemary fries were to die for, so we didn't care... we'll definitely be back. This is our 2nd trip, so we tried the seasonal cranberry brie burger, chicken of the new Sammy, cowboy sliders, fish sandwich and kids meal and all was amazing

We love Turberville! They locally source food and vegetable products! Their marionberry plant based bliss shake is very yummy as are the Walla Walla Sweet Onion rings, the classic vegeburger and the Northwest Cheeseburger! All A+!

Constantly only showing plant based shake options instead of normal shakes. This issue also carries over to doordash. I mean, why the hell would we want plant based and not normal unless we're vegan? Why is that option available but NOT the normal option? Gotta be bugged bro, nobody in their right mind would assume everyone wants only plant based. At this rate I may as well take my business elsewhere, where their stock isn't bugged to all high hell

Okay, 3rd time using the drive through after 10 pm. I will no longer do this due to repeat poor quality of food. My burger was nearly $10 alone! Bun was stale, burger cold, cheese not melted, condiments falling off bun due to much mayo. Truffle waffle fries cold. Charged for extra spread (did not receive). Tried using my "free" 12oz shake reward, but the employee & mgr weren't familiar with how to redeem it. Comped shake but removed my Sr. discount.

I cannot use my rewards on this app. I have over 2000 points and every time I try to use rewards it tells me that the reward does not work for my order. I'm ordering a 3 piece chicken and chips and when I try to redeem the chicken and chips offer it fails. You all really need to fix your rewards system
