This app is great so far only had it for a month and this was one of the best purchases I made for working out I made incredible progress in just a month of using the app The workouts alone are very detailed, and you can really feel the soreness from them best paret about them too is tere is a home version and gym version And not to mention the app even has meal plans, so you know what you're consuming in a day and making sure you don't overeat. Overall, the app will really be worth your purchase.

Work hard and have a positive attitude about your progress.if it doesn't work for you (my opinion) You are not putting forward your best necessary effort. The app takes a lot of time once you have entered the weight and reps to get out of the set to be able to enter data on another set. Particularly if you want to super sets and save time, the app can't keep up, so frustrating.

I'm giving it a 1 star so far because I can't even get into the app to start working out. FRUSTRATING!!! Especially since you paid for a product, and it isn't working as expected. NEW APP DEVELOPER NEEDED?!?!?
