The app looks great, but I can't figure out how to load points. I have a receipt from a previous purchase, and I was told that I could add the points later. However, I can't figure out how to do this based upon the app itself, and I also couldn't find directions when I searched for this topic online. I love the food!

.99 service fee for every order and then ask us to tip! Nope. This bleeding the customers dry has to stop especially when it isn't going to your employees

Terrible app layout. Upon checking out you get a 99 cent service charge. What a clown app.

There's a $1 service charge for every order, so you're paying extra money to earn a few cents in rewards points. Also, my order never actually got sent to the kitchen. I had to ask at the pickup counter twice and spent half an hour waiting for a single burrito. The staff were nice about it, but I will be ordering in-person only from now on to avoid problems.
