I really like the game, but after completing a level, it takes me to an ad and just hangs; in the end, I don't get the points on the top bar. So, I beat many levels but don't receive the points or gifts I'm supposed to have earned. I'd like this fixed...

The core idea is pretty fun, but the whole thing is ruined by making the "helpers" absolutely necessary. I had a game where I could not do even one move without using a reshuffle helper and another game where I had to use the reshuffle after just a couple of moves and then use another reshuffle just a few more moves. Want to guess how you obtain these reshuffles?

Paid to remove ads but now it's back. Either provide a refund or remove the ads please. Also fix level 670. Can't win beat the level without items..... what? Edit: if I can benefit from the payment to remove the ads due to your limitation that was not disclosed, please provide a refund.

Had paid the $10 for ad-free. Then ran into Level 275 (I think it was) that was impossible even though I used all the boons I could suffer through ads for, as the single bus of the needed color was always hidden. Then, I had to uninstall the game yesterday from my phone for tech reasons. When I reinstalled it after fixing my issue, my ad-free purchase wasn't recognized, and I am now being asked to suffer constant ads or pay another $10. Hard pass.
