Glad that the app has been getting frequent good updates. One absolutely great feature would be possibility to get some kind of quick report or at least download multiple tickets by quick selection for reporting purpose. Currently, need to take a screenshot one by one which is annoying when you have to do frequently alot of them.

Remember that if there is an error in your booking, they will not help you, not even one minute after booking. So they don't care about environment or driving with empty seats while showing on the site wrong information such as full bus. I was misled by the booking process: "... All our tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable so if you have accepted the payment for more than one ticket and received all the tickets, we cannot make exceptions to our terms and conditions. ."

Extra charging for extra luggage. Previous journey they didn't charge any extra price for the extra luggage. Recent journey, driver charged extra price for extra luggage. What kind of policy one time they charge, and one time don't. They should show some good will sometime. They are the only operator around Finland covering maximum routes.
