No complaints about the app it's very helpful and while it's an app for buses the tube and train map needs to be updated to show the names of the Overground lines
★★★★★Eric c· Jul 17, 2026
The app is running good 👍 when there is no information, that means TFL is down, means all apps have no information, the most important thing is the on-screen presentation, easy to see where you are and which buses are crossing through and which bus lines are stopping where you stand, just look at the letter on top of the bus stop.

Easy to use and has a map. Many useful add-ins including for the London Underground. Links to all kinds of useful features including Google Street View of the bus stop in question. (I live in London)

I used to rely on this app to help me place with the buses, so I was not waiting too long. Now I just get incorrect bus times all the time and struggle to even find bus times it has become useless
★☆☆☆☆mila· Jul 11, 2026
Times are NEVER ACCURATE JUST GIVE ME THE CORRECT TIME MAN PLEASE CAUSE WHY DOES IT SAY 3 MINUTES AND IT TAKES 15

Ads have crept in more and more, now it's started to show pop up ads that take up the whole screen, and you need to close the app and reopen to check the times
