⭐ 1 STAR — SCAM APP, AVOID AT ALL COSTS This app is a complete scam. I booked a round-trip ticket from Rome to Pescara (3rd July going, 5th July return) and paid £67.57 through Bus bud. When I got to the station, I was told THE TICKET DOES NOT EXIST. I was stranded, embarrassed, and forced to buy another ticket from a different company on the spot. To make it worse, there is NO customer support. No phone number. No working email. No chat. No help. Just a wall of silence while they keep your mon

They have no buses going anywhere. I tried Cuenca to Guayaquil-no buses. Guayaquil to Santa Elena-no buses. Guayaquil to Salinas-no buses. Guayaquil to Lima Peru-no buses. The app does not tell you where I CAN get a bus, and I have credits on the app. I asked for a refund of my credits, and they refuse to answer. They simply emailed me asking if I was satisfied with the service... what service??? Then I clicked the link saying "not satisfied" and it said sorry this link is expired.
