Esta aplicación permite a los usuarios, conocer de forma gráfica la disposición de los Buses controlados por GPS, que pertenecen a Buses Armenia S.A. y que operan en Colombia, en la ciudad de Armenia Quindío.
Con esta APP el usuario podrá decidir cuando desplazarse hasta al paradero de Buses y evitar perder tiempo esperando los nuestros Buses, con la incertidumbre de desconocer el tiempo de espera. También le permite buscar un lugar en el mapa y compararlo con todas nuestras rutas con GPS y verificar cual es la mas apropiada, de acuerdo a la cercanía de su destino o disponibilidad de vehículos en la ruta.
El usuario encontrara en esta APP, los enlaces para instaurar Peticiones, Quejas, Reclamos o Sugerencias, así como una linea directa de comunicación con el Jefe Operativo mediante correo electrónico "Persona responsable de la prestación del servicio", así mismo con la Jefe de Recursos Humanos "Persona responsable del personal competente que brinda el servicio". también puede enviar su Hoja de vida, si su propósito es trabajar con nosotros, encontrara también enlaces a nuestras redes sociales e información de creación de la APP.
Por ultimo, hemos diseñado una pestaña de calificación general en la que el usuario puede calificar el servicio prestado y asignar el numero de estrellas que considere, de acuerdo al grado de satisfacción adquirida, después de la prestación del servicio de transporte publico en nuestros buses y atendidos por nuestros operadores de servicio.

This app looked promising, but all it has done is waste my time. There are many buses routes in Armenia, but only 8 of them are shown on this app. Although the GPS position of buses is nice, I would rather have a more complete list of routes. Also, it's not clear in which direction the bus travels on any given street. Does the bus follow the route on both sides of the street, or is the route just a one-way circle? The developer needs to think of himself as a person who knows nothing about bus routes in Armenia and start from there. I have tried to use this app on three different occasions, and each time I gave up and took a taxi because it was too frustrating to use this app. I would suggest to the city of Armenia that it would be better to participate with Moovit or TuRuta as their apps have been proven to work in other cities in Colombia. The citizens and tourists deserve an app that works in Armenia.
