★★☆☆☆ Requires too much effort to start using It requires too much information up front in order to start using the app. I just want to log in and get down to business. Plus, their staff at the Long Beach trade show really pressed my husband with a hard sell. It was very uncomfortable. I don't want to totally hate it but I can't recommend it.

★★☆☆☆ Non existent support I downloaded this app in an attempt to streamline communications between myself and my staff. I added the first task but could not enter any more from the app. I entered the web portal and tried from there too with no success. I then sent a message to support 13 days ago. Not one word back.
