It will not work. It says it is out of date get new download. I do that and the same message appears when I open it.

Really bad... I see a lot of other people complaining about the issues with the app saying "out of date, go to play store" and there's no update. This has been going on for months, and it's clearly a known issue affecting many people.

Not Working - Downloaded, started, got the app no longer supported (go to app store) error message. Maybe it means the phone is no longer supported (S10), I've run into that with another company's service app.
